We can not say enough about our experience with Manifest Athlete. I continue to be impressed with the level of dedication and focus on form and enjoyment that our son was given while learning how to correctly lift weights. Jesse is thorough and encouraging and we look forward to continuing to use Manifest Athlete.

My son, who is 11, has been training with Jesse from Manifest Athlete for a year and I can not recommend him enough. Our goal was to increase his endurance and strength for his sports. Every session is tailored to meet the needs of my son in helping him work towards his goals. I was most impressed with Jesse’s knowledge of how much to push my son. He would push him just enough past the comfortable stage to build confidence but not too much to cause defeat. My son loves his sessions and has seen improvements in his overall endurance and strength.
