We are led by the one and only, retired Sergeant First Class, Coach Jesse. For 23+ years, he dedicated himself to serving in the U.S. Army. He has been awarded numerous accolades for his superior performance.

While in the Army, Coach Jesse implemented strength and conditioning programs that equipped his soldiers with physical and mental fortitude; he helped better the health and welfare of the women and men who serve alongside him.

Today, Coach continues to develop mental and physical toughness in young athletes and adults by providing essential and personalized training. As a retired SFC and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, he will provide the knowledge, support, and push you need to Manifest the Athlete in you!
